My husband and I have bought and sold many houses over the years and we have never had as professional and experienced a realty agent as TJ Jarosik. His pursuit of over two years to find the perfect home for my stepdaughter required incredible patience, persistence and vast knowledge of the local market and trends in sales. TJ showed countless houses to me and my stepdaughter, even prepared an offer to please her when he and I both knew it would be declined. He must have taken us to almost every neighborhood in the area that she was interested in, never delaying to schedule a showing when she found something new on Zillow. But his expertise and advise with the offer on the house we finally purchased was, by far, the most creative and clever technique of adding an escalatory clause that snagged the contract! TJ listed our family home in Flagler Beach. He was professional, kind, courteous during the entire process. He took into account the emotional confusion that my sisters and I were going through in selling our family gathering place after the death of our parents. He acknowledged our grief while staying positive through the process. He was very clear about the marketing, time frames, market analysis and realistic outcomes for the sale of our house. TJ stayed in touch with us regularly, was always prompt at answering texts or emails and we all felt he had our best interest at heart. The house closed mid August 2024, during the downturn in the housing market. We were very pleased with TJ’s services and would definitely work with him again!
